Office Hours

Grand Rapids Women’s Health is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

To schedule, cancel, or reschedule an appointment please call (616) 588-1200 during office hours.

If this is your first visit...

You will receive an invitation to our portal when you schedule your appointment. Please complete your Health History Forms in your portal account at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin (45 minutes if you have not completed your forms on the portal) so that the registration process can be completed and your nurse can prepare you for your appointment with your provider. Please bring your new patient packet, current list of medications (including dosage), insurance card, and driver's license or photo ID.

If you are an established patient...

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin so that we can update your registration and chart information. Please bring your insurance card, and any updated information (updated list of current medications, new insurance card, driver's license, etc.).
